About BLUETRIX
We believe every interaction changes what becomes possible.
BLUETRIX connects communication, data, automation and AI through an Interaction First approach.
Why BLUETRIX was created
The gap between communication and action.
CRM systems store contacts. Communication systems transport messages. Automations execute rules. AI systems analyse content. In practice, these layers often remain separate.
BLUETRIX connects them in a Business Interaction Platform. Every relevant interaction can add context, change a state and trigger a controlled next step.
Every Interaction Creates Opportunity.
Opportunity means more than sales.
An opportunity can be a new order. It can also be a faster response, a resolved complaint, a prevented failure, a better decision or a stronger long-term relationship.
Our aim is to make such opportunities visible early and practically usable.
Interaction First
Not Data First. Interaction First.
A data-centric approach first asks what information should be stored. An Interaction First approach asks what happens between people, organisations and systems.
The relevant data, meaning, responsibilities and next steps emerge from this. The data model follows the interaction—not the other way around.
Our philosophy
Five principles for responsible interaction.
- 01Interactions are not isolated events.
They form connections, change expectations and influence future decisions.
- 02Context is part of the action.
An action without understandable context can be efficient and still be wrong.
- 03AI needs a clear task scope.
Specialised intelligence is more controllable than invisible, unlimited autonomy.
- 04Automation requires responsibility.
It must remain clear why something happens, who is responsible and where people can intervene.
- 05Technology should strengthen relationships.
The value of a system is shown not by the number of automated actions, but by the quality of the interactions it enables.
Research–Engineering Loop
Research becomes product. Product creates new questions.
At BLUETRIX, research and engineering are not a linear process. Observations from real workflows lead to models and hypotheses. These are translated into technical components, tested in practice and then further developed.
- 01Observe
- 02Model
- 03Implement
- 04Apply
- 05Measure
- 06Improve
Our research fields
Models, references and practical evidence.
Clear boundaries
What BLUETRIX does not aim to be.
BLUETRIX is not intended to become another isolated software silo. The platform should connect existing systems, make interaction context accessible and help teams take the next meaningful action.
It should not hide human responsibility behind automated decisions. AI suggestions, automations and handovers must remain traceable, controllable and correctable where technically intended.
European collaboration
Developed between Katowice and Falkenstein.
The collaboration between BLUETRIX Sp. z o.o. and AddYou GmbH combines software development, product architecture, sales, business research and practical market knowledge.
This means BLUETRIX is being developed not only as a technical product, but as a long-term platform for new forms of collaboration between people, companies and intelligent systems.
